I find here that illusive indefinable
touch that makes an image Art. I will
study this until it becomes a part of
my personal palette.
I understand that you wanted to create an image that is a bit surreal (I assume it because of the tittle.
I believe you succeed.
What I perceive the technical flaw in this photo is too little sharpness in the places you put sharpness too. But again it might have been your concept, I'd personally change that.
And what I personally don't like, and what is just a pure matter of a photographer's taste, are the colours and tones. I'd make such a photo much more colourful, more bright and gave it more contrast.
I like this photo because it makes you ponder on the image, roam around it and is simply beautiful.
